Service Scope

VPNGK provides subscriptions to international routes for cross-border access, access to international websites, and network acceleration. Coverage includes 110+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users manage subscriptions in the panel and import and connect to routes using compatible clients.

Coverage does not mean every route will always connect or that third-party websites permit access. Routes, client instructions, and regional options may change due to maintenance or network conditions; refer to the user panel and client for currently available options. Accounts, content, and fees for third-party websites are not part of the services provided here.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Users must safeguard their account password, login credentials, and subscription links. Do not publish or resell a subscription, or share an account or subscription with others. Subscription links grant access, so conceal their credentials before sharing them when troubleshooting.

The service allows an unlimited number of devices to be online at the same time. This applies to devices used by the account holder and does not permit resale, public proxy use, or shared accounts. Additional devices must still comply with the data rules of the selected plan; usage across devices is counted toward the same subscription.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See plan pricing for prices and allowances; check the plan type, amount, and data included in your order before activation.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of the websites they access. Do not use the service for illegal purposes, including distributing unlawful content, violating others’ rights, stealing credentials, accessing systems without authorization, carrying out network attacks, or sending spam.

Do not use the service to disrupt route operations, misuse network resources, or help others engage in the activities listed above. Users are responsible for confirming that their access and intended activities are lawful. A successful connection does not grant permission to use a third-party platform.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on the local network, device configuration, carrier routing, and the status of the destination website. Maintenance, network outages, or changes to third-party platform rules may cause interruptions, speed fluctuations, or changes in regional identification. The service does not guarantee specific speeds, uninterrupted availability, or access to third-party content based on region.

If a problem occurs, users may keep the client error message and details of the circumstances and submit them through a support ticket. Do not send complete subscription links or passwords. VPNGK will address reports based on the circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates these terms through unlawful use, reselling or sharing a subscription, network attacks, or violations of others’ rights, VPNGK may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account, as appropriate. Temporary restrictions may also be applied when there is a security risk, such as compromised credentials, to prevent further harm.

If users disagree with the outcome, they may explain the circumstances and submit relevant materials through a support ticket to request a review. A connection stopping because a plan’s data has been used up or a subscription has expired is not the same as termination for a violation. To resume use, refer to the subscription status shown in the panel.

Changes to These Terms and Policy Guidance

VPNGK may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or security needs. Changes will be described through the updated date on this page and site announcements. Changes affecting users’ principal rights and obligations will include details on how they apply; new terms will not retroactively change provisions expressly agreed for completed orders.
