SUBSCRIPTION TO CONNECTION
VPNGK Subscription Import Guide
Account, plan, subscription, client, connection check. Follow these steps in order, skipping anything you’ve already done. When switching devices, start with importing the subscription into a client.
Menu labels and button locations vary between clients. This guide follows the general steps: add a subscription → refresh the configuration → choose a server → connect. Follow the client instructions in your user panel for the exact steps. If you see a similarly named option, make sure it manages subscriptions or configurations, not an individual server.
ACCOUNT
Create an account and save your login details
Click “Start Free” below to open the VPNGK account creation page. VPNGK requires no email address; create an account with a username and password. Enter the username and password you want to use, check your details, and follow the panel instructions to finish. You’ll use your username to log in, so choose one that’s easy to remember but doesn’t reveal your identity. Use a unique password that you don’t use on other websites.
Once you’re in the panel, find the “Account Overview” and “Plans” sections and confirm that the account shown is the one you just created. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Check your plan status in the panel to see whether your subscription is active. The button below is an entry point, not an offer of extra data or a free period. Check prices when choosing a plan.
Before leaving this page, save your username and password in a trusted password manager. If you aren’t taken to the panel automatically, return to the login page and sign in with the details you saved. Keep your account details and subscription link on devices you control. If you have trouble logging in, check your keyboard input, capitalization, and any spaces copied along with your details. For other account issues, see the Support page.
PLAN SELECTION
Choose a plan and complete your order
Once your account is ready, open the Plans section in the panel. First, decide between a monthly subscription and a data package. Monthly subscriptions are suited to regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packages are for use as needed and don’t expire; the data lasts until it’s used. A monthly reset doesn’t mean billing follows calendar months, and a data package doesn’t renew monthly.
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Consider how often you stream video, download files, or transfer media, as these activities generally use more data than browsing text pages. If you’re unsure how much data you need, compare the plan details and use the consumption shown in your account overview to guide your next choice.
Select a plan, then check the plan name, data allowance, price, and billing method on the order page. Complete payment using one of the options provided in the panel: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the panel and check the order status. Don’t assume the plan is active just because you’ve closed the payment page. If the order is still processing, check your existing orders before creating another one.
Continue to the subscription step only after confirming that your plan is active. VPNGK offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Refund Policy for details. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Review the result shown in the panel before proceeding. For a detailed comparison, see the plan and pricing page. This guide covers only the steps needed to activate a plan.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get your subscription link from the panel
Return to the account overview and check that your plan is active and your data is available, then find the subscription option. The panel may let you copy a link or import it directly. Read the instructions beside the option and choose the method that works with your client. Direct import requires a compatible client already installed on your device. If you haven’t installed one yet, keep the panel open and get the client in the next section.
If you copy the link, make sure you copy the full subscription URL, not the account overview address. The link lets your client retrieve server configurations and usually contains access credentials that identify your subscription. Don’t post it in public chats, shared documents, or support tickets, and don’t run it through unfamiliar online tools. For illustration only, this page shows a dummy value: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This address cannot be used to connect.
After copying the link, switch to the client’s subscription manager and paste it there. If you’re setting up another device, sign in to the panel on that device and get the link again to reduce how often it’s passed between apps. VPNGK supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but device count and plan data are separate. Keep an eye on data usage when using multiple devices.
If you can’t find the subscription option, first make sure you’re signed in to the account with an active plan and check that your order is complete. Don’t repeatedly try to import the page address. For an expired link, an incompatible format, or a link you think may have been exposed, see the Support page. For how subscription management works and how to maintain it over time, see the User Guide.
Open the account overviewCLIENT IMPORT
Import the client for your device
Sign in to the panel and choose your operating system in the client downloads section. Use the VPNGK client download option provided there. For Windows, macOS, and Android, choose the client for your platform. For iOS, follow the panel instructions to get a compatible client from its App Store listing. This page doesn’t provide direct installation package links, and you don’t need to download files from unverified search results.
The goal is to make the imported subscription appear in the client as a refreshable configuration with a list of server locations. Pasting the link into a notes field, browser address bar, or individual server settings does not import it. Follow the section for your device below. VPNGK also supports Linux; see the panel and the User Guide for the relevant configuration options and instructions.
Get the clientWindows: Add a subscription and enable the configuration
Get and install the Windows client from the panel. Once it’s open, find the “Subscriptions,” “Configurations,” or similarly named section. Choose an option such as Add Subscription, Import from Link, or Remote Configuration, then paste the full link from your account overview. If you can name the configuration, choose a label that’s easy to recognize, then save and refresh it.
After refreshing, check that the server locations appear in the list, then select the imported configuration. Some clients separate “Save Configuration” from “Enable Configuration,” so you may need to enable it after saving. Next, choose a server on the connection page and use the client’s Connect button or system proxy toggle. If a permission prompt appears for the first time, check that it comes from the client you just installed, then follow the instructions to allow it. If the import fails, first check that the link is complete; don’t start by changing advanced network settings.
macOS: Import a subscription and grant network permissions
Get the macOS client from the panel. Follow the installation instructions, place the app where appropriate, and open it. In the subscription or configuration manager, choose the relevant option, such as Add Remote Configuration or Import from URL. Paste your subscription link, save, and refresh. Once the server list appears, set the subscription as the active configuration, then choose an exit server on the connection page.
macOS may ask you to allow a VPN configuration or authorize a network extension. When prompted, verify the app name and source, then follow the system instructions to allow it in the relevant “System Settings” page. The setting’s name or location may vary between macOS versions. Return to the client and try connecting again after granting permission. If the import worked but the connection toggle won’t stay on, check that you’ve completed the permission steps. Reimporting repeatedly won’t resolve a permissions issue. For help with system prompts, see the macOS setup guide for beginners.
Android: Refresh the subscription and allow the connection request
Choose the Android client option in the panel and follow the instructions for your device to install it. Open the app and go to the configuration or subscription list. Tap Add and choose the link subscription type, then paste the full URL and save. If the app has a refresh or update option, use it and wait for the configuration to load. Check that the server list appears, then enable the configuration.
Return to the connection page, choose a server, and turn on the connection. If the system asks to allow a VPN connection, confirm the request is from the client you’re using, then allow it and check the connection status in the app. If another proxy or VPN app is already connected, disconnect it before testing this client. If the connection often drops when the app runs in the background, check the system’s background activity settings for the app and adjust them as recommended by the client. There’s no need to change every battery setting at once.
iOS: Choose a subscription type and add a VPN configuration
Check the panel’s iOS instructions and use the listed App Store link to get a compatible client. After installing it, try the direct import option provided in the panel. If it doesn’t open the client, copy the subscription link and import it manually using the client’s configuration, subscription, or add option.
When adding the link, choose a subscription type, not a single-server type that asks you to enter server details one by one. Paste the link, save, and refresh. Check that the server locations have loaded, then choose a configuration and server and connect. If the system asks to add a VPN configuration, follow the prompt to allow it, then return to the app. The VPN icon in the status bar can help you check the connection state, but it doesn’t prove that a particular website is working. Verify access in the next section.
CONNECT AND CHECK
Connect to a server and verify it works
Once the import is complete, choose a server location in the client and turn on the connection. For your first connection, use the client’s default mode rather than changing routing rules, DNS, and advanced connection options at the same time. Check the client’s instructions to see whether the default mode proxies a particular app. A “Connected” status only confirms that the connection state changed; you still need to check that the service you want to use works.
Reopen your browser or target app and visit the service you want to use. Check whether the page loads, sign-in completes, and content displays as expected. If a page has been open for a long time, refresh it or close and reopen it to rule out stale connections and cached content. If needed, disconnect and check how the service behaves, then reconnect to the same server and compare. This makes changes easier to spot than relying on the client icon alone.
Once access works, keep using the current configuration. For ChatGPT or streaming services, see our AI Tools guide and Streaming guide. A network connection doesn’t replace an account’s access rights, a platform’s regional policies, or content licenses. Being able to open a website through one server doesn’t guarantee that every feature or region’s content will be available.
If you can’t access the service, troubleshoot the relevant step. If the subscription won’t refresh, return to the panel and check your plan and link. If the server list appears but you can’t connect, check the active configuration, system permissions, and other proxy apps. If you’re connected but a page isn’t working, try reopening the app or testing another server. Change one setting at a time and keep track of the original options so you can isolate the cause.
If the problem persists, open a support ticket in the user panel and include your device’s operating system, the client’s message, the server location you chose, and the steps you just took. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account details in screenshots. For common questions, start with the Support page. For routing, maintenance, and advanced configuration, see the User Guide. You don’t need to configure every advanced feature before your first connection.
Everyday use after setup
To refresh the server list, use the update option for the subscription already in your client; there’s no need to add the same configuration again. When switching devices, get the client and import your subscription on the new device. After renewing or changing your plan, check the account overview and update the configuration as instructed in the panel. Keep your working configuration and login details handy. Next time, just choose a server, connect, and check that your service works.
